The 20th edition of “Deutz feiert!” in 2025 once again gathered over 120,000 visitors on Deutzer Freiheit. NRW's largest family and neighbourhood festival during the summer holidays proved that the concept of free children's play activities, 120+ stalls, and Sunday opening hours is the success factor.
Back in 2025 — as the 20th edition — “Deutz feiert!” proved its status as NRW's largest family and neighbourhood festival during the summer holidays. The festival mile on Deutzer Freiheit was fully attended over two days, and the Sunday opening hours further boosted Deutz's retail sector. The 21st edition in 2026 continues the proven concept.
