Overview
Deep Purple also performed at SparkassenPark Mönchengladbach in 2024 as part of their "=1 More Time" tour. The concert was a precursor to the 2026 MAD IN EUROPE tour and once again established SparkassenPark as the premier hard-rock venue in western Germany.
The previous year, Deep Purple also made a stop in Mönchengladbach. The 2024 concert was part of their "=1 More Time" world tour for the studio album of the same name. The open-air show was attended by thousands of hard-rock fans from across the Rhineland and the Ruhr area.
