Overview
The 25th Days of Thunder was celebrated in 2025 with a юбилей edition. Over 80 teams started, the atmosphere was as always a mix of competition and carnival. In 2025, the Kanu-Club Witten announced the introduction of the Pink Ladies category for 2026 to give breast cancer survivors their own platform.
The 2025 юбилей edition confirmed the status of Days of Thunder as a top event in the German dragon boat scene. Crews from the Ruhr area, Münsterland, and far beyond traveled to compete. In 2025, the regatta was fully booked within weeks.
