Edition 2025 — Datteln meets on the Canal

The second edition of „Datteln trifft sich am Kanal“ in 2025 once again brought together people from Datteln on a summer evening at the Old Mooring Harbor on the Datteln-Hamm Canal. Live music, drinks, and snacks by Kanu-Klub and Ruderverein made the event a regular fixture.

Already in 2025 — as the second edition — the event proved that the combination of a waterside location, live music, and club-supported catering has a firm place in Datteln. The organizers (Kanu-Klub, Ruderverein, City Marketing) drew a positive conclusion and announced the continuation in 2026.

Programme

Summer evening at the Old Mooring Harbor with live music, drinks, and snacks offered by the two water sports clubs.
