The 2025 season confirmed the successful format of Culture on the Halligen: concert evenings from May to September in the sheepfold on Hallig Langeneß, with boat travel from Schlüttsiel and a Frisian barbecue buffet at the Nordsee Hotel Hilligenley. The concerts were well-attended throughout the season — many evenings were fully booked, demonstrating the continued fascination with this unusual format.
As in previous years, IN|concert (Malte Jochimsen) curated the program. The spectrum ranged from classical duos and singer-songwriters to jazz trios — the sheepfold, with its approximately 100 seats, remained one of Germany's most intimate concert venues.
