The CSD Aachen 2025 / Aachen Pride took place at the end of August at Markt and Katschhof. Demonstration, stage program, and safe spaces for queer visibility in Germany's westernmost major city. The 2025 edition continued Aachen's Pride tradition. Demonstration, stage, queer culture, and encounters in the heart of the bishop's city.
Markt and Katschhof in Aachen's historic city center – with the Rathaus and Aachen Cathedral (UNESCO World Heritage) in close proximity – served as symbolically rich festival grounds. CSD demonstration with colorful floats, walking groups, banners, dance, and music through the city center. Stage program with concerts by queer artists, drag performances, speeches, and political statements. Safe spaces, workshops on queer history and coming out, exhibitions, and educational offerings.
