Christmas Market 2025
On the 2nd Advent weekend of 2025, the Crottendorf market square was once again transformed into a small, atmospheric Advent market. The Crottendorf Brass Band set the central pyramid in motion, Santa Claus visited the children with gifts, and a large Stollen was ceremoniously cut and distributed.
The distinctive scent of incense cones, originating directly from the Crottendorf manufactory, hung over the market — an atmosphere that sets Crottendorf apart from other Ore Mountain markets. Performances by the Zschopautal Men's Choir and the Schlettau Brass Choir, a warm craft corner for children, and regional specialties rounded off the market. A preparatory edition for the 2026 season.
