CROSSDORF — Osdorf District Culture Festival — Edition 2025

The 2025 edition was the fifth iteration of the festival since its founding in 2020. CROSSDORF has positioned itself as a fixture in Hamburg's district culture scene during this time. The program in 2025 was also spread over several weeks between May and June — with concerts, workshops, and smaller encounter formats.

The focus was, as always, on folk and world music, complemented by dance and movement workshops. At the Bürgerhaus Bornheide and St. Simeon Church, artists from Scandinavia, Southern Italy, and Germany met an audience that came mostly from Osdorf and the surrounding districts — precisely the audience for whom the festival is made.
