Crescentia Pilgrimage Trail — Guided Pilgrimage in Four Stages — Edition 2025

In 2025, the Crescentia Monastery, together with Kaufbeuren Tourism, once again invited participants to a guided pilgrimage on the 90 km Crescentia Pilgrimage Trail. The format has proven successful for years: four consecutive days, each stage with its own bus transfer, individual stages bookable separately. The pilgrimage days take place in all weather conditions and are supported by spiritual guidance.

The Crescentia Pilgrimage Trail is one of the newer pilgrimage routes in Southern Germany — it was established after the canonization of Crescentia by Pope John Paul II in 2001 and has since developed into an established regional pilgrimage route. The connection between Crescentia Monastery Kaufbeuren, the Benedictine Abbey of Ottobeuren, and the Mindelheim Monastery of the Canons Regular of the Holy Cross makes it historically and culturally interesting.
