The 8th edition of the Creative Bureaucracy Festival took place in June 2025 at Festsaal Kreuzberg and recorded record numbers: over 2,100 participants on-site and more than 2,000 additional viewers via the Impact Stage livestream. Organizer: Falling Walls Foundation.
A dense program with around 90 sessions, over 200 speakers from more than 30 countries, parallel stages, and workshop rooms characterized the festival day. Topics ranged from the modernization of public institutions and inclusive innovation to digital transformation. Strong international participation made the festival one of the most important meeting points for administrative innovation in Europe.
