Edition 2025 — COSMO Festival

The COSMO Festival 2025 once again brought world music and Global Pop to the JunkYard Dortmund. Four stages, an international line-up, and the typical industrial JunkYard atmosphere made the festival a highlight for the WDR station.

The 2025 edition of the COSMO Festival further established the format across four stages. Acts from Europe, Africa, and the Caribbean performed for an urban Dortmund audience — Global Pop, Afrobeat, and electronic sounds formed the program.
