Corpus Christi Procession Bayreuth (Schlosskirche)

For the 2025 edition, the Catholic communities of Bayreuth celebrated Corpus Christi on Thursday, June 19. The festive mass began at 9 a.m., performed by the Schlosskirchenchor and singers from other Catholic parishes under the direction of Regional Cantor Sebastian Ruf. The musical highlight was Christopher Tambling's Missa brevis in B for four-part mixed choir, brass, and organ.

Afterwards, the solemn procession with banner bearers, incense, and the monstrance wound through the city center, followed by a social gathering with food and drinks.
