In 2025, Circus-Theater Roncalli also performed in Recklinghausen — as in many years prior. The animal-free program with international acrobats, clowns, and the Roncalli Royal Orchestra attracted families from across the northern Ruhr area. The positive experience in Recklinghausen directly led to the decision to hold the 50th-anniversary tour opening there in 2026.
Spring 2025 once again offered the typical Roncalli program in Recklinghausen: poetic staging, top international artists, and the in-house live orchestra. Recklinghausen confirmed its role as a central venue for the Ruhr area tour and was chosen in 2026 for the grand opening of the anniversary tour.
