Christmas Garden at the Franco-German Garden
2025
Edition 2025 — Finished
Edition 2025 — Christmas Garden DFG
On the first Advent weekend of 2025, the Franco-German Garden opened its gates for three days for the traditional Christmas Garden. Over 160 exhibitors were spread along the park paths, the Sparkassen-Wasserbühne offered concerts by the pond, and the Ferris wheel provided views over the festively lit park from a height of 18 meters. New to the program: a medieval blacksmith and a candle-making workshop as an extension of the medieval Christmas market. For the younger guests, there was a scavenger hunt with elves through the garden for the first time.
Programme
Three days of market activities with concerts in the orchestra shell and on the water stage, walk-on acts and acrobatics, a children's program with St. Nicholas's study, scout camp, and living nativity scene, as well as the medieval Christmas market with new craft businesses.
