cantateBach! — Internationaler Gesangswettbewerb für Kirchenmusik

In May 2025, young singers from several countries once again met for the International cantateBach! Singing Competition in Greifswald. As in previous years, it served as the prelude to the Greifswalder Bachwoche and was divided into a preliminary selection, a main round, and a final round in the Dom St. Nikolai.

Four main prizes were awarded; the final was open to the public and brought the audience into direct contact with Bach's vocal repertoire and Baroque singing artistry.
