Overview
The 36th edition of the Tangermünde Castle Festival took place from September 12 to 14, 2025 — as magnificent as ever with the Emperor's procession, medieval market, and grand fireworks over the Elbe.
The 36th Castle Festival 2025 confirmed the successful concept. The city of Tangermünde once again recorded very good visitor numbers, the Emperor's procession on Saturday was fully attended, and the fireworks over the Elbe were, as usual, celebrated as an emotional highlight of the weekend. Admission was also free in 2025.
Programme
The program followed the familiar structure: medieval market, stages, Emperor's procession Saturday 3 PM, fireworks, family day Sunday.
