The Bürgerfest Oberviechtach 2025 took place in July on the market square. As every year, local clubs and the town organized a colorful program of art, culture, music, and children's entertainment with free admission – a convivial meeting point for the entire town community.
In July 2025, the town of Oberviechtach hosted the Bürgerfest on the market square. The festival by citizens for citizens offered a diverse mix of art, culture, live music, children's activities, and entertainment, along with culinary stands featuring regional specialties. Embodying Upper Palatinate coziness, the festival brought together young and old, once again confirming its reputation as a convivial highlight in the summer event calendar of the northern Upper Palatinate.
