Overview

The Bubenreuther Kerwa 2025 was celebrated at the end of June. Head Kerwasbursche Tobias Weisel, along with about seven young people, continued the tradition: the approximately 26-meter-high Kerwabaum was raised with music and singing, and Mayor Norbert Stumpf helped with the raising. Festival activities with festival beer, Franconian cuisine, and the Kerwa burial rounded off the days.

The Bubenreuther Kerwa 2025 took place at the end of June. Under Head Kerwasbursche Tobias Weisel, the Kerwasburschen and Kerwamadli upheld the customs: during the tree raising, the approximately 26-meter-long Kerwabaum was manually erected by the young men and the Bubenruthia fraternity, accompanied by music and singing. Mayor Norbert Stumpf lent a hand with the raising – a scene connecting generations.

The festival activities with festival beer, Franconian delicacies, and dancing characterized the Kerwa days in the village center before the festival concluded with the traditional Kerwa burial.
