Overview
The Bremen Freimarkt 2025, as usual, took place over a good two weeks in October and November on the Bürgerweide. As the 990th edition, Northern Germany's largest Volksfest once again attracted millions of visitors.
In 2025, the Bürgerweide once again transformed into a huge festival meadow for a good two weeks. Over 300 showmen and women, around 40 rides, the opening fireworks, and the grand Freimarkt parade through the city center characterized the fifth season. The Historical Market ran concurrently between the Town Hall and Liebfrauenkirche. As every year, Bremen locals greeted each other with the traditional 'Ischa Freimaak!'
