Overview
The 28th Brandenburger Water Festival Fürstenberg/Havel took place in 2025, as usual, on the second weekend of July in the Stadtpark on the Schwedtsee. A regatta, Schützenfest, stage program with regional bands, children's activities, and a fireworks display over the lake attracted several thousand visitors from Brandenburg and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
Water Festival 2025 — Proven Format
In 2025, the Water Festival once again attracted thousands of visitors to the water city of Fürstenberg. The concept of Schützenfest, regatta, and stage program has proven successful for years — the mix of water sports competitions, festival tent atmosphere, and fireworks on Saturday evening is the festival's hallmark. The experiences from 2025 have been incorporated into the planning for the 29th edition in 2026.
