Overview

The Brahms Days Albstadt-Lautlingen is a festival premiere for 2026. In the prelude year 2025, individual classical concerts were held at Stauffenberg Castle and other venues in the Zollernalb region, partly serving as preparation for the festival. The official 1st festival edition will follow from June 19th to 21st, 2026.

Prelude Year 2025 — Preparation for the Brahms Days

The Brahms Days Albstadt-Lautlingen will officially premiere in 2026. In the preceding year, 2025, Michael Wendeberg and fellow soloists organized individual classical concerts at Stauffenberg Castle and other venues in the Zollernalb region — as preparation for the festival and to secure local resonance.

The program concept of combining classical music with the historic venue of Stauffenberg Castle was successfully tested in 2025. In 2026, this will evolve into a three-day festival with three thematic concerts dedicated to Johannes Brahms.
