Overview

The Biikefeuer Schobüll 2025 was lit on February 21st, as every year — Frisian winter tradition at the Schobüller Steg, organized by the Schobüll local cultural association. Event start 6:00 PM, lighting around 6:30 PM at the region's only dyke-free coastal section.

2025 Edition

In 2025 too, residents and visitors from Husum and the surrounding area gathered at the Schobüller Steg to jointly usher in the end of winter with the Biikefeuer. The local cultural association organized the event as in previous years, in its established format.

Part of the Husum Bay Program

The Biikefeuer Schobüll was part of the approximately 60 Biikefeuer in North Frisia and Schleswig-Holstein in 2025 — a simultaneous traditional event connecting all of Northern Germany on a February night.

Programme

Start 6:00 PM, lighting around 6:30 PM, followed by festivities with hot drinks and snacks — similar to the 2026 structure.
