Biberach Schützenfest — Edition 2025

The Biberach Schützenfest 2025 impressively continued the centuries-old tradition of the historical children's and heritage festival. For over ten festival days, the Imperial City of Biberach an der Riß transformed into a single festive backdrop. The Schützentheater in the Komödienhaus, as always, sold out early, and during the grand parade, over 4,000 Biberach schoolchildren in historical costumes marched through the old town. The "Dance Through the Centuries" in the market square, the Gigelberg amusement park, and the Wasenhimmel attracted families and festival fans from all over Upper Swabia. The parade and the "Heimatstunde" once again demonstrated the identity-forming significance of the festival for the citizens of Biberach – a living piece of Upper Swabian cultural history.
