Overview

The 71st Bergstraße Wine Market ran in 2025 as usual at the end of June/beginning of July for ten days in Heppenheim's old town. Without the Queen's crowning (odd year), the focus was entirely on wine culture and the stage program, attracting around 80,000 visitors. Four stages, a wine hall, a vintners' tent – the Bergstraße wine in all its diversity. Free admission as always.

The 2025 edition followed the established format. Live music on four stages, tastings of award-winning wines in the Wine Hall, and guided wine tastings in the Vintners' Tent attracted wine lovers from all over southern Hesse and beyond. Free admission as always.

Programme

Classic program of the Bergstraße Wine Market: ten days of market operations in the old town, four stages with daily changing programs of cover bands, Schlager, rock, and pop, a Wine Hall and Vintners' Tent for tastings, catering by Heppenheim associations and regional gastronomy.
