Edition 2025 — Bergstadtsommer
The Bergstadtsommer 2025 took place in early September 2025 in St. Georgen im Schwarzwald and Furtwangen, with the traditional final concert in Villingen. The annual music week once again confirmed the festival's top position as a regionally rooted yet internationally oriented platform for classical, jazz, and soul music in the southern Black Forest.
Bergstadtsommer 2025
The 2025 edition of Bergstadtsommer brought a week of musical diversity to the mountain town of St. Georgen im Schwarzwald once again — classical concerts in churches and halls, jazz sets in intimate venues, and the spectacular final concert at the Franziskanerkonzerthaus Villingen. The motto “Connected to Home — Enthusiastic about Music" shaped the program.
The cooperation between St. Georgen, Furtwangen, and the Youth Music School once again supported the festival, confirming the high musical standard of this special concert series in the Black Forest.
