Bergstadt-Advent Oerlinghausen

The 2025 edition continued the proven East Westphalian Advent market format in the mountain town. Arts and crafts, refreshments, musical entertainment, and a visit from St. Nicholas characterized the weekend.

The Verkehrs- und Verschönerungsverein Oerlinghausen organized the Advent event together with Oerlinghausen Marketing. Woodwork, pottery, felt goods, and nativity figures characterized the stalls, while illuminated fir trees around the town hall created the atmosphere. Refreshments included mulled wine, Feuerzangenbowle, bratwurst, and potato pancakes, along with musical contributions from local choirs and brass bands. The Sunday opening hours rounded off the weekend.
