The Bergparade Aue 2025 took place on the 1st Advent Sunday (November 30). Uniformed mining fraternities and brass bands from the Ore Mountains district marched through the city center, forming the traditional torchlight procession at dusk. An important stop on the Ore Mountains miners' parade season.

2025 Edition Preview

As every year, thousands of visitors gathered in the Aue city center on the 1st Advent Sunday of 2025 to experience the traditional miners' parade. The uniformed miners of the Ore Mountain fraternities and several brass bands marched through the main street — as darkness fell, the procession transformed into an atmospheric stream of light. The Bergparade remains one of the most important dates in the Advent calendar of the Western Ore Mountains.
