Edition 2025 — Wupperlauf
The 10th anniversary edition of the Bergischer Wupperlauf took place in December 2025 in the Wuppertal district of Cronenberg, featuring an Ultra, Marathon, 25 km, and the 20k Mulled Wine March. Guided running groups without time pressure and the popular indoor pool finale once again characterized this small but fine Advent event in the Bergisches Land.
The 10th edition in 2025 marked a small anniversary for Oliver Witzke's Bergisches running event: ten years of collective trail running in December, a concept that has asserted itself against the competitive mainstream. The atmosphere remains familiar, the routes challenging, and the indoor pool as hot as ever after the run.
