Overview

The Bergfest with Midsummer Bonfire 2025 took place as in previous years on the Galgenbuckel hill above Gammelshausen. The Gesangverein 1910 e.V. organized the summer evening with barbecue, refreshments, and a Midsummer Bonfire. A Swabian club tradition that keeps the customs of the summer solstice alive. Free admission.

Bergfest Gammelshausen 2025

The 2025 edition continued the club tradition, alive for over a century: a summer evening on the Galgenbuckel, supported by the Gesangverein 1910 e.V. Barbecue, refreshments, live music, and the traditional Midsummer Bonfire after dark made the evening the highlight of the club's year.

Residents of Gammelshausen and the surrounding communities gathered on the Galgenbuckel to celebrate summer and keep the old customs alive. Proceeds from refreshments went to support the club's activities — a classic Swabian village festival in its purest form.
