Edition 2025 — Bergaer Kirmes
The Bergaer Kirmes 2025 from September 12th to 14th combined a festival tent, torchlight procession, and festival parade into a packed town festival. The Brauchtums- und Kirmesverein Berga/Elster organized the largest town festival in the Elstertal with live music, disco, jam tasting, and children's performances.
2025 Review
On Friday, September 12th, the festival tent opened at 4 PM, and the torchlight procession took place in the evening. Saturday began with the festival parade at 11 AM from the station, followed by children's performances, tastings, and a disco from 8 PM. Sunday traditionally concluded the festival with a morning pint and communal clean-up starting at 10 AM.
