In 2025, Beekeepers' Day also took place at the Botanical Garden Solingen — with an observation hive, honey sales, and wild bee tours from the Biological Station Mittlere Wupper.
Last year, Beekeepers' Day proceeded as usual with an observation hive behind glass, beekeeper sales stands, guided wild bee trail tours, and plant advice. Families from Solingen and the Bergisches Land region used the Sunday for a day of bee education in the green.
