About Summer Festival Aschau

Under the motto »Brotzeit, Bier und Blasmusik« (Snacks, Beer and Brass Music), the Aschau Music Association invites you to the festival tent every summer. For several days, locals and guests from the surrounding area enjoy hearty brass music, cool beer, and delicious Brotzeit – accompanied by the traditional costume market »Oid's & Nei's« in the community hall.

The Aschau Summer Festival 2026 will take place from Thursday, July 23rd, to Monday, July 27th. In the festival tent, the Aschau a. Inn Music Association will create a great atmosphere under the motto »Brotzeit, Bier und Blasmusik«. On July 25th and 26th, the »Oid's & Nei's« traditional costume market will run in parallel.

From Thursday, July 23rd, to Monday, July 27th, 2026, Aschau am Inn will celebrate its summer festival. In the festival tent, live brass music, beer from the Ametsbichler brewery, and hearty Brotzeit will ensure a convivial atmosphere – in the spirit of the motto »Brotzeit, Bier und Blasmusik«. On July 25th and 26th, the »Oid's & Nei's« traditional costume market will also take place in the community hall, where regional vendors will present traditional costumes and accessories. Table reservations for the festival tent are possible.

The Music Association's Summer Festival

The Aschau Summer Festival is the convivial summer highlight of the Lower Bavarian municipality of Aschau am Inn in the Mühldorf am Inn district. It is organized by the Aschau a. Inn Music Association in cooperation with the Ametsbichler brewery and the municipality. The motto says it all: »Brotzeit, Bier und Blasmusik«.

For several days, visitors from Aschau and the surrounding communities gather in the festival tent for live brass music, cool beer, and hearty Brotzeit. Table reservations are possible, and a parking plan is available on the municipal website. In parallel, the traditional costume market »Oid's & Nei's« takes place in the community hall, where regional vendors present traditional costumes and accessories – pre-owned costumes can be consigned through the d'Stoabacher traditional costume association.
