The 26th edition of the Apoldaer Lichterfest in late November 2025 transformed the market square into a pre-Christmas stage once again: light installations, Christmas tree lighting, stollen cutting, and association stalls. For three days, gingerbread, mulled wine, and festive music characterized the Bell City on the first Advent weekend.
2025 Review
The 26th season confirmed the Lichterfest's character as a successful season opener: a small, atmospheric event with high association participation, strong local ties, and the Bell City tradition as a unique trademark. The Apolda Tourist Information reported high attendance on all three days, especially on Friday and Saturday evenings.
