Edition 2025 — Apfelfest Bad Urach
The 2025 Apfelfest Bad Urach took place on Sunday, 12 October 2025. The ecumenical service at 10 am opened the day; after that, farmers' market stalls filled the market square and the town centre. Streuobst products from the Fruit and Garden Association, freshly pressed apple juice, apple cake and fruit brandies shaped the offer. The town centre shops opened for Sunday shopping — a successful combination that turned the Apfelfest into a busy family day on the autumn calendar.
2025 — farmers' market and Streuobst in the spotlight
In 2025 too, the Apfelfest set the tone for Bad Urach's harvest Sunday. The Fruit and Garden Association dominated with Streuobst products, the service drew members of both denominations as well as festival guests onto the market square. Cafés and restaurants served apple menus, and the association's cake stall traditionally sold out early. The success led directly to the confirmation of the next edition on 11 October 2026.
