Overview

The second edition of Amphoria Open Air took place on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at Schwarzer Bruch in Kevelaer — featuring two stages, a street food area, and a line-up including Danish star DJ Kölsch. In 2025, the festival already attracted several thousand guests to the nature reserve between Kevelaer and Weeze.

The second edition of Amphoria Open Air on Saturday, June 21, 2025, consistently expanded the concept of the premiere edition in 2023: Two stages — the Forest Stage for international headliners and the Local Hero Stage for regional acts —, an extensive food court, and generous chill-out areas characterized the festival day. On the Forest Stage, Kölsch, Felix Kröcher, Moonbootica, LOVRA, Steff da Campo, DrumComplex, and Christopher Bongard performed, among others, while the Local Hero Stage featured regional acts like LEWA, Hochpotent, Nitrax, Maddis, and Jos&Lenn. The positive feedback from the 2025 edition paved the way for the move to late summer 2026 (August 29) and thus for the third edition in a more central festival season slot.
