Altstadtfest Lauf an der Pegnitz — Edition 2025

In 2025, the Altstadtfest Lauf once again transformed the medieval old town into a large festival mile on the last weekend of June. Bands ranging from brass music to jazz and rock provided entertainment on stages at the market square, in the Spitalhof, and in the alleys. The highlight was again the canoe race around the Wenzelburg on the Pegnitz, which attracted numerous spectators. A hobby and craft market, Franconian culinary offerings, and city tours rounded off the festival, supported by local clubs.
