Edition 2025 — Altstadtfest Kempen
Already in 2025, the Altstadtfest was successfully expanded with the Highland Games — a concept that thrives on its proximity to the Dutch border and the British pipe band tradition. Thousands of visitors from the Lower Rhine region and the Netherlands attended the weekend.
The previous year's edition consolidated the double concept of Altstadtfest + Highland Games and was described as the 'third and larger edition,' making the beer festival a tradition.
Programme
Program includes concerts on the Buttermarkt, Highland Games on the castle meadow, and a medieval market at the castle.
