In August 2025, the European city of Görlitz-Zgorzelec once again celebrated its major cross-border folk festival. Three days of live music, street art, market stalls, international cuisine, and beer and wine gardens – connected on both sides of the Neisse by the Old Town Bridge.

Hundreds of artists, hundreds of thousands of visitors, and the impressive historic cityscape as a backdrop – the Altstadtfest remained one of the most important dates in the East Saxon event calendar.
