Overview

As the Alternative Niebüll Culture Night runs on a two-year cycle, there was no main edition in 2025. The gap was filled by the 2nd Niebüll Culture Night on July 1st, 2025, and smaller special formats at the "Die neue Färberei" cultural center. It opened in front of the city library at 6 PM, with music, readings, and encounters at its core.

2025 Without Main Edition

The Alternative Culture Night follows a clear two-year cycle (2022, 2024, 2026). 2025 was therefore a "blank" year — the associations Die Neue Färberei and Offene Bühne used it for smaller events such as the 2nd Niebüll Culture Night on July 1st, 2025, which began in front of the city library. These interim formats are important links between the major culture nights — they keep the network active and prepare for the main edition.
