Altensteig Musiksommer 2025

The 2025 edition of the Altensteig Musiksommer took place, as usual, in mid-July and lasted 16 days. Various venues in the medieval old town — Konzerthaus, Schloss, Stadtkirche, squares — offered a diverse program of classical music, chamber music, jazz, and folk music contributions from local ensembles.

As every year, the walking concerts connected different venues, allowing visitors to experience the old town as a cultural path on foot. The Cultural Office of the City of Altensteig organized the festival with artists of supra-regional importance and local music associations — a proven mix that attracts thousands of visitors from the Black Forest and the region every year.
