Edition 2025 — Alt-Kaulsdorf Christmas Market
The 27th edition of the Alt-Kaulsdorf Christmas Market took place on Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 1 PM to 8 PM around the Jesus Church on the Alt-Kaulsdorf village green. Almost 80 stalls, Advent music, concerts in the medieval church, St. Nicholas visits – a well-attended, personal Advent market with a local heritage association character. Free admission.
The 27th edition followed the proven concept: 1st Advent Saturday, village green around the Jesus Church, almost 80 stalls from associations, businesses, and neighbours. The Marzahn-Hellersdorf Local Heritage Association organised the market again on a voluntary basis and financed it through donations.
The Advent concerts in the Jesus Church – one of Berlin's oldest village churches – were also a highlight in 2025; the church, with its medieval acoustics, offers an exceptional concert space. Outside on the green, brass choirs, wind ensembles, and children's choirs performed.
