Overview

The 2025 edition of the Adventsmarkt in den Heynhöfe took place on December 6th and 7th, 2025 (2nd Advent weekend). The curated concept of daily changing exhibitors attracted Berliners from all over Pankow and the wider city center to the historic Heynhöfe. With local handicrafts, Greek and Andalusian specialties, and a lively courtyard stage program, the market once again confirmed its status as a curated Advent destination off the tourist routes. Free admission, organized by Heynhöfe e.V.

The 2025 edition continued the concept, proven for years: curated exhibitors with Berlin handicrafts, Mediterranean specialties alongside classic Christmas market treats, a courtyard stage with live music and a children's program. The historic brick architecture of the Heynhöfe — a former industrial complex from the late 19th century — once again provided a setting that clearly distinguishes itself from commercial mega-markets and makes the format a special Advent experience. Pankow residents and visitors from other Berlin districts used the weekend for gift shopping and socializing.
