The Advent family day „Advent im Salon“ took place in 2025 on the 3rd Advent at Posterstein Castle. Fairy tales, music, literature, Christmas crafts, and cookies characterized the afternoon — in cooperation with the Lindenau-Museum Altenburg and Kinderarche Sachsen.
Advent im Salon 2025 — Review
As in previous years, the salon rooms of Posterstein Castle transformed into a Christmas feel-good zone on the 3rd Advent in 2025. Families from Posterstein, Altenburg, and the surrounding region spent the afternoon with fairy tale readings, baking activities, and small concert interludes. The castle café served cookies, stollen, and hot drinks. An Advent routine that many families visit year after year.
