Edition 2025 — Acceptance Festival
The 2nd edition of the Acceptance Festival in May 2025 once again gathered thousands of guests at Waschhaus Potsdam. Indie, pop, children's music, and the Action Island with local stakeholders characterized the weekend. The festival definitively established itself as an important event in Potsdam's cultural calendar for diversity and inclusion. The program grew in its third edition in 2026 with additional acts and expanded action offerings.
At its second edition in 2025, the Acceptance Festival proved its format works: thousands of visitors came to Waschhaus Potsdam to experience two days of music, children's programming, and interactive stations. The mix of regional and national bands, a dedicated children's music program, and the Action Island featuring local stakeholders visibly implemented the association's mission. With the success of 2025, the festival was included in the 2026 festival funding by the state capital Potsdam and is now part of the city's supported cultural formats. The program expanded in its third edition in 2026 with additional acts and an enhanced range of activities.
