Overview
The Abfischfest at Inselteich Radibor 2025 took place as part of the Lausitzer Fischwochen on the first Saturday in October. Live demonstration of fish harvesting, sale of fresh and smoked fish, regional specialties, and Sorbian-Lusatian character marked the festival again.
Fish Harvesting Festival 2025
The Inselteichgemeinschaft Radibor e.V. once again organized its fish harvesting festival at the Inselteich in 2025 — a partner of the Lausitzer Fischwochen (late September to early November). The fish weeks have been one of the most important tourism themes of the Upper Lusatian pond landscape for years.
Fresh fish directly from the pond, smoked fish, Saxon beer, and a Sorbian-Lusatian character made the festival another convivial autumn highlight in the Bautzen district.
