In 2025, the Volunteer Fire Brigade Blankenhagen also invited to its traditional summer festival with demonstrations, catering, and a family program – as preparation for the big 90th anniversary in 2026.

Kick-off to the 90th Anniversary

The 2025 summer festival of the Volunteer Fire Brigade Blankenhagen followed the regular club rhythm: a day program with demonstrations, children's water spraying games, catering in the festival tent, and dancing in the evening. For 2026, the brigade has already announced a larger format with a parade, competitions, and an extended daytime schedule for its 90th birthday.

The FFW Blankenhagen is part of the Rostock District Fire Brigade Association and is integrated into the local operational structure with the Moringen brigade.
