Edition 2025 — 750 Years Golßen

2025 in Golßen was entirely dedicated to the preparation of the major 2026 anniversary. Throughout the year, the town administration and clubs started program planning, published a public call for citizen participation, and put together the initial components of the anniversary year. Regular town events, such as the annual town festival and events at the local history museum, took place as tradition dictates.

2025 — The Year of Preparation

The year 2025 in Golßen was marked by the preparation for the upcoming 750th-anniversary celebration. The town administration published a public call for citizen participation in the 2026 anniversary year and invited clubs, schools, churches, and residents to contribute their own program items.

In parallel, the town's regular events continued — from the traditional town festival and market activities to cultural events in the town hall. The preparations are intended to ensure that 2026 will be a dense, diverse, and community-oriented festival year.
