40th Dithmarscher Kohltage — Kohlmarkt Wesselburen — Edition 2025

The 39th edition of the Kohltage in 2025 continued the tradition established in 1986. The Kohlosseum Wesselburen, as the hub of the event week, once again attracted tens of thousands of visitors eager to experience regional specialties and the unique concept of Europe's largest cabbage-growing region.

With the 40th anniversary in 2026, the event in the state of Schleswig-Holstein is setting a special accent. For decades, the Kohltage have been among Northern Germany's defining gastronomic festivals — a blend of market, tradition, and family programming that holds its own without significant competition.
