4 Tolle Tage — Bayreuth Fasching

The 2025 edition followed the classic format with the Gaudiwurm on Sunday as the central event. Fasching enthusiasts from Bayreuth, the surrounding Upper Franconian region, and day-trippers from the Franconian area created the typical Fasching atmosphere in the city center.

The "4 Tolle Tage" confirm year after year that even in Bayreuth — a city primarily associated with the high culture of the Wagner Festival — a vibrant folk festival and Fasching tradition exists. This contrast between Margravial elegance, Wagnerian heritage, and exuberant Fasching makes Bayreuth's cultural profile so diverse.
