150th Anniversary Founding Festival of the Großberghausen Volunteer Fire Brigade

The year 2025 was dedicated to the preparation of the 150th anniversary founding festival in 2026 by the Großberghausen Volunteer Fire Brigade. A central part of Bavarian fire brigade anniversaries is the traditional "Patenbitten", where the celebrating brigade formally asks a friendly club to take over the patronage. The festival committee and the "Festweiber" of the Großberghausen Volunteer Fire Brigade began planning the three-day festival weekend. Thus, 2025 followed the decades-long tradition of the Groß- and Kleinberghausen fire brigade and laid the foundation for the grand anniversary festival in June 2026.
